    Return will then be Initiated.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund as follows:

  • If you paid using a credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you paid using cash on delivery or any other offline method, the refund will be provided through bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Note: Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
